“Hugo is the newest member of The Neighborhood Bicycle Club and he takes his headwear very seriously. While the others wear caps,
scarves, or boots, Hugo proudly sports his signature mouse hat, which he insists is both fashionable and functional (though no one is
quite sure how). When he’s not adjusting his hat just so, Hugo is cruising along, making sure the streets are fun, the pigeons are
entertained, and that everyone appreciates his excellent sense of style. Some say his hat gives him special powers, like extra balance,
confidence, and an uncanny ability to find the best shortcuts. Others say it’s just a really funny hat. Either way, Hugo wouldn’t be
caught riding without it.
In a quiet little neighborhood where the streets are lined with lemonade stands, friendly cats, and just the right amount of adventure,
there’s a group of nine trusty riders who take their job very seriously. They are The Neighborhood Bicycle Club.
A team of cuddly, endearing, slightly wobbly but very determined cyclists who pedal through town, making sure everything runs just
as it should. Who left their toy truck in the middle of the sidewalk?
The club will handle it. Is the bakery open yet? The club will do a thorough pastry patrol. A missing sock from the laundry line?
The club is on it. Each rider brings something special to the team, some a little more serious, some a little more chaotic, but all
essential to keeping the neighborhood in tip-top shape.
