  • Can I change the delivery address for my order?

    We can, of course, help you update your billing address and delivery address for your order if it has not yet been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, it is unfortunately not possible for us to change the delivery address.

    Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

    Unfortunately, we are not able to change your order once it has been placed. However, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here immediately after placing the order, as we might be able to cancel your order before it gets dispatched from our warehouse. If we are able to cancel your order we will let you know. Hereafter you can place a new order.

    What if I entered incorrect information?

    If you accidentally provided incorrect information such as delivery or billing address, email address, telephone number, etc, please contact our Customer Care Team here as soon as possible, and they will do their best to help you change your information before shipping out your order. 

    Has your order already been dispatched, the incorrect information can affect the delivery of your order, and you will be responsible for the additional costs that may occur.

    I did not receive an order confirmation

    Please note that it can take a few minutes before you receive your order confirmation. Make sure to check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us here.

    Can I place a company order?

    Whether you need artwork for your office, showroom, or any other space, we've got you covered.

    Simply follow the standard ordering process, and you can have your art prints delivered directly to your company address.

    If you wish to receive an invoice for your company order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team with your VAT number and we will provide an invoice for your records.

    Please note that we are unable to deduct the VAT from your order placed online. We recomend that you contact your local tax autrorities to receive a VAT refund.

  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?

    Yes, we offer worldwide shipping using UPS, DHL. Due to import restrictions, we are currently not able to ship to Russia, Belarus or Ukraine.

    All packages have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from UPS, FedEx or GLS once your order has been dispatched.

    The shipping time depends on the shipping destination. Check the total shipping time for your location below.

    Standard (UPS) Economy: 4-6 business days
    Express (UPS): 1-2 business days

    Where can I find the tracking link for my order?

    We dispatch all packages with track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email from UPS, FedEx or GLS once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

    Please also check your spam folder - it might have ended up there. If you have not received the tracking link, please reach out to our Customer Service Team and they will provide it. 

    Will customs duty be applied?

    If your order is going somewhere outside the EU please see below:  

    US: All orders below approximately 730 EUR (800 USD)  will not be applicable to customs duty. On orders above 730 EUR (800 USD), you will be responsible for all additional import taxes.

    International: Customs duty may be applied to your order and is not included in the shipping cost.

    Norway: Your order will not be applicable to customs duty. 

    However, if you are ordering an item over 260 EUR (3000 NOK) that item will be applicable to customs duty but the rest of the items in your order will not. 

    Please be aware that our x-large prints will be applicable to customs duty. 

    Australia:  All orders below approximately 600 EUR (1000 AUD) will not be applicable to customs duty. On orders above 600 EUR (1000 AUD), you will be responsible for all additional import taxes.

    The payable customs duty is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/tax authorities to get an idea of any extra payment that may apply. 

  • What kind of payment is accepted?

    We accept payment with VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, MultiBanco, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

    It is also possible to make the payment via a bank/wire transfer. Please get in touch with our Customer Care Team here for further details.

    I get an error message when I try to pay?

    The payment might have been declined by your bank for which there can be numerous reasons. You might have to reach out to your bank in order to solve the problem. Sometimes trying again later can also be a solution.

    Alternatively, you can make the payment via PayPal or try with another payment card.

    If the error you are experiencing is not payment related, please make sure to take a screen shot of the error message and get in touch with our Customer Service. We will then take the necessary actions to solve the problem. 

    I paid with MultiBanco but why did I not receive an order confirmation?

    If you paid via MultiBanco and you have not received an order confirmation, your MultiBanco payment may still be pending. Please make sure to finalize your order and approve the payment via MultiBanco as soon as possible. 

  • How do I purchase a gift card?

    Looking for a last-minute gift or having trouble deciding? Then a gift card could be the right solution. With our wide range of high-quality posters and art prints, there is plenty to choose from for everybody.

    Shortly after the purchase, you will receive a printable A4-sized gift card by e-mail. To download the gift card please click the link in the email. 

    The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The gift card is valid for 3 years.

    How is the paper quality?

    We print with premium museum quality giclée printed on 265g cotton art paper with a matt, uncoated finish and lightly textured surface that ensures a rich and vibrant display of colours. 

    Giclée is a printing technique used to attain intense, saturated colours as well as a greater variety of depth and nuances. Combined with the premium art paper, it guarantees archival conservation of colours for the highest possible age resistance.

    Is the white border part of the print?

    When you see a print with a white outer border, it is part of the print design and is included in the size of the print measures in cm. If the print has a white border, we can not offer the print without it.
